National Pilgrimage

In the Footsteps of St. Mary of the Cross MacKillop – A pilgrimage to New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, beginning in Melbourne.

This Pilgrimage has been specially prepared by the Sisters of Saint Joseph to help you enter more deeply into Mary and Julian’s stories and spirituality.

The opportunity for prayer and reflection is a significant part of the Pilgrimage which is led by a team of Sisters of Saint Joseph.

By visiting the districts that were the scenes of Mary’s family life and early ministry, the pilgrim will appreciate more fully the sacrifices she made and the difficulties she encountered.
